After 14 years of service
and 100,000 miles round the world

1989 Banyandah leaves the water after 16 years of service
We lived on board while building our house - Jerome in foreground - Richmond River behind

'Masta Blasta' cleans back to bare hull

Even her name disappeared
Our ancient diesel was taken out like a rotten tooth All interior furniture was smashed up and burnt
The cockpit and dodger were removed as was all wiring and plumbing All deck hardware was unbolted and taken to the tip
1989 Banyandah leaves the water after 16 years of service

Hull rebuild complete - new dodger with full headroom - and new stern cabin house now with headroom


First new item purchased was our new stove Oval door to our 'head' and shower Toilet & basin, shower fixes to tap
Top coat Almost ready to go Just need to reattach her nameplates

Now, she has one that is taller and more powerful
